SMS Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, checkout forms, lead forms, scheduling pages, or other consent mechanisms, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from the Company.
Message types may include:
- Account notifications
- Service updates
- Marketing or promotional messages
- Authentication messages (including 2FA)
- Operational and support communications
Rates: Message & data rates may apply. Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Message Delivery. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Delays or failures may occur due to carrier filtering, network congestion, device compatibility, or other factors outside our control.

Subscription Services & Pricing
$297/month includes a fully built business website, platform access (web & mobile), a business phone number for texting and calling, CRM access, automations, remarketing tools, and customer review tools.
$750/month includes all features of the $297 plan plus full management and optimization of Google Local Service Ads (LSA).
Subscriptions are offered month-to-month or as a prepaid three-month commitment. The prepaid three-month commitment includes complimentary Google Business Profile optimization (valued at $400).
Billing, Renewal & Payments
Advance Billing & Auto-Renewal. All subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled.
Payments are processed securely via our payment processor using a valid payment method.
Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)
Clients are responsible for usage-based communication fees, including but not limited to:
- Phone Numbers: Local: $1.15/month | Toll-Free: $2.15/month
- SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079 per segment (inbound & outbound)
- MMS (US/Canada): $0.02 outbound | $0.01–$0.02 inbound
- Voice Calls: $0.0180/min outbound | $0.0085–$0.0220/min inbound
- Number Intelligence Services: $0.005–$0.01 per lookup
Clients maintain a digital wallet balance for rebillable usage. Wallets are automatically replenished based on selected auto-top-up preferences.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees, prepaid commitments, and usage-based charges.
By enrolling in services, you acknowledge that services are custom-configured, work begins immediately upon purchase, and digital services cannot be reversed once initiated.
Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered.
Any chargeback submitted in violation of these Terms constitutes a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to submit documentation demonstrating agreement acceptance, platform usage, and service delivery, and to pursue recovery of unpaid balances and associated fees.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations become effective at the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for unused service time, including prepaid terms.
Service Fulfillment
Services are considered rendered and fulfilled once:
- The client website has been completed and made accessible, and
- Platform configuration and automations are finalized
Optional onboarding or login assistance does not delay fulfillment status.
Free Trials & Promotions
From time to time, promotional trials or discounts may be offered. Full services begin only once billing starts. Promotional pricing does not alter these Terms.
Payment Failures & Account Suspension
If a payment attempt fails:
- We may attempt to process payment up to four (4) times over three (3) weeks
- Accounts may be suspended 48 hours after the first failed attempt if unresolved
- Services will resume once outstanding balances are paid
Acceptable Use & Compliance
You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications, privacy, and anti-spam requirements. Misuse of the platform for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect upon posting.
